Zeta Chess - Zeta v099o

Zeta v099o released as source and Linux/Windows x86-64 binary, still with HCE, handcrafted eval, the next step would be to implement NNUE neural networks.

SrdjaTuesday, 22 November 2022The Intel HD 530 scales (NPS wise) linear up to 16 workers, then not that well, 12 would make sense to me, dunno what this is about. GTX 750 scales linear up to 16 workers, with two waves per SM cluster (32 workers) it reaches 1.4M NPS instead of 1.6M NPS, guess here I can optimize something, HD 8570 scales linear up to 24 with one and 48 workers via two waves, makes sense, the profiler says ~50% VALU utilization per worker.
